The LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies (LL.M. IP & IT) is a postgraduate degree offered by the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid (UAM). The UAM is one of the best Spanish universities and its Law School has been placed top in the ranking for Law studies in Spain.
Professor Rodrigo Bercovitz, the honorary director of the UAM-LLM IP & IT, has been chosen as one of the best Spanish lawyers by Chambers & Partners (“Star Individual”).
On the practical side, the LL.M. offers an innovative and comprehensive academic programme and boasts a close collaboration with law firms, companies, collective management societies and institutions in which students carry out internships.
With a view to providing international opportunities to our students, the LL.M. has signed collaboration agreements for student exchanges with Queen Mary – University of London’s LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and the Master Droit, Innovation, Communication et Culture, jointly offered by the Universities of Paris 1 (Pantheón-Sorbonne) and Paris 11 (Jean-Monnet Faculty) .
